Thank you for shopping with Seany’s Models. We take great care when packaging and posting our die-cast models and collectables.

Free UK Delivery

Standard UK postage is included in the advertised price of our products.

There is no additional charge for standard UK delivery at checkout.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail and other suitable delivery services.

Estimated delivery times depend on the service used and the delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays.

Packaging

All models are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

We understand the importance of keeping collectable models and their original boxes in excellent condition.

Delivery Outside the UK

Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside the United Kingdom. International shipping availability and charges must be confirmed before purchase.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact Seany’s Models as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
